I'm fresh from the Reason Rally in Washington DC and while there is an active Freethinker community in the Philadelphia area, i'm looking to connect with people closer to home to get together over a cup of coffee or tea to share our experiences as Non-Theists! If you are in the 19401-03 zip codes and want to come together for informal meetups with other people identified as Atheists, Agnostics, Freethinkers, Brights etc, it'd be great for you to come join in!
… We begin with opening words, the lighting of the chalice, and forty minutes of silent meditation; we usually have a talk or readings, followed by discussion.
